  1. The following terms and conditions regulate the provision of services by E-visa.ge, I.E. Saba Putkaradze (ID: 01024071455) encompassing all services related to visa acquisition for clients. All client orders are accepted under the conditions specified herein. By accessing or using the services provided by e-visa.ge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

  2. This website, e-visa.ge, is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by the government of Georgia or any governmental agency. It offers visa processing services to users, subject to the subsequent Terms and Conditions.

  3. Consultation fee per application -10$. The Standard Service fee per application is USD 49.00, which comprises  Georgian visa Government fee, taxes and additional fees

Entry Rules for Foreign Citizens Traveling to Georgia

Citizen of any foreign country, traveling from any country, via any route (by ✈ air, 🚗 land, and ⛵ sea) may enter Georgia under the following conditions:
 
a) Vaccinated Traveler shall present:

The document confirming the full course conduct (two doses, one dose in case of Johnson & Johnson) of any COVID-19 vaccination.
b) Non-vaccinated Traveler shall present:

PCR-examination negative result certificate done during the last 72 hours prior to travel to Georgia.
PCR-examination negative result certificate must be presented in Georgian, English, or Russian languages.

Any person under the age of 10 (regardless of citizenship) is exempt from the obligation to submit a PCR-examination negative result certificate done during the last 72 hours prior to the visit to Georgia.

The following legal act of the Government of Georgia establishes the rules and conditions for entering Georgia and undergoing isolation/quarantine during a pandemic:

Ordinance â„– 322 of the Government of Georgia “On the Approval of Isolation and Quarantine Rules”;

The Georgian eVISA application process consists of two mandatory steps:
Completing the Georgian eVISA application (including payment of consular fee)
After completing the 1st step, complete the DuVerify application within 24 hours (a link to DuVerify will be sent by email)
Attention!
In case of a request at the border crossing point of Georgia, you must be able to present health/accident insurance, which covers the whole period of your stay. Otherwise, you could be denied from entering the territory of Georgia.

Date Choosing 

Date of intended arrival to Georgia:

Your arrival date should be within 3 months from the date of the e-visa application.
You are advised to apply for an e-visa at least 10 days before your departure.

Date is indicated according to Georgia Standard Time UTC/GMT+4 hours.
Please, note that the validity period of your e-Visa is different from the period of stay. The validity period of the visa shows the time when you can use your visa. The duration of stay indicates the number of days you can be in Georgia within the validity period of the visa.
It is your responsibility not to overstay your visa, otherwise, you will be required to pay fines, deported, or banned from future travel to Georgia for a certain period of time.
In case of approval, you will get a short-term visa. Generally, short-term visits allow you to stay in Georgia for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. If you have traveled to Georgia during the last 180 days, it is your responsibility to calculate when and for how many days you will be permitted to enter Georgia. If you wish to stay longer than 30 days, you must apply to the Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts of Georgia abroad according to the country of your citizenship or residence. For more information, please visit Georgian VISA Information.

My travel document/passport validity extends at least three months after the validity of the Georgian Visa.
I can prove at the border that I hold a return ticket, hotel reservation, and health/accident insurance valid across the whole territory of Georgia throughout the period of my stay.
I can prove at the border that I have sufficient funds to cover all the costs associated with my travel to Georgia including funds for financing accompanying minors and persons under guardianship or custody.
I fully acknowledge that the submission of any false document/information may become the ground for visa/entry refusal.
I fully acknowledge that I am responsible for determining the date from which I will have a right to enter Georgia.
The e-Visa application fee shall not be refunded.
I confirm that I meet each and every one of the conditions listed above.
I confirm that I meet conditions for crossing the Georgian Border. I understand that if I fail to provide documents required for crossing the Georgian border, I will be refused to enter Georgia.

Personal information should be provided as stated in your travel document/passport.
Only letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and dash (-), dot (.), apostrophe ('), and comma (,) special characters are allowed.
Please, note that despite the age, each traveler must have a separate travel document/passport and e-Visa. Each person should fill out a separate application.
Photo sizes: digital photo 472x591 pixels in dimension scanned photo - 4x5cm in size, 300 DPI resolution (please, see the sample of the photo at the following link).
When submitting an application for a minor or for a person under guardianship or custody, details of the legal representative should be provided.
Please, be prepared to present a legal representative's certified consent at the state border of Georgia. You will be refused to enter Georgia if you are unable to present the aforementioned document.
If you plan to travel to Georgia with other accompanying persons (family members, minors, or persons under guardianship or custody, etc.), please enter their details in the relevant field to ensure joint examination of your applications.
In order to proceed to the next step, you should attach all the required documents.
Attention! The information provided by you will be checked at the border crossing points of Georgia. If you provide incorrect information, your e-Visa will be invalid, and you will be refused to enter Georgia.

Service delivery:

a. Consultation Services

Consultation services will be delivered within 24 hours during business days after receipt of the request and payment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Georgia.

 

b. Application Processing

E-Visa application processing will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of submission, provided that all required documents and information have been received.- date can be changed during In accordance with unforeseen events

Consultation: $10 (non-refundable)
Application fee: $49( including Consultation fee, visa application fee, payment of consular fee, payment is not refundable

All content and materials on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of our website and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our website will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
